Every day, companies and organisations across a wide range of industries execute projects big and small. Whether they succeed hinges on a person quietly working behind the scenes, to plan and manage and communicate and organise resources to make sure everything goes smoothly.
These people are project managers, the backbone of every project. If you like being kept on your toes, and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to inspire, motivate, and delegate, this could be the career for you. For an idea of what you can take to acquire the expertise needed in this line of work (or for PMP certification courses to up your project managing credentials), see our list below!
(As a gauge, a project manager can earn anywhere from 3-10k per month according to job portal Indeed. Payscale reflects a median annual salary of a project manager as SGD 78,674. This evens out to 6,556 per month.)
