What is BIM?
Building Information Modelling, in a nutshell, is a process allowing engineers, architects and contractors to collaborate and share physical and functional information of a project easily though intelligent 3D models. For a more in-depth explanation, check out this video from Autodesk!
Are you a student curious about BIM? The Singapore Government has a guide for organisations on how to adopt BIM in different stages of a project that can be found here. For those already in the Built Environment and want to upskill, here’s a course list just for you.
