NUS NPCC was established in 1982 as an open unit under NPCC HQ. Its members are adult volunteers who are appointed as Honorary Officers and governed under the NPCC Act (Chapter 199). Honorary Officers contribute their expertise, knowledge and experience in various areas and assist in the running of NPCC units and the Corps.
