NTU Wine Society (formerly known as NTU Wine Appreciation Club) was started by a group of wine enthusiasts who wanted to share the culture of wine appreciation with their peers.
The club was officially founded in August 2002. It was founded as a sub-club under Nanyang Image Makers (NaIMs) as both clubs share the common goals of cultivating social grace amongst the student body. Nonetheless, the unique culture in wine appreciating allows the NTU Wine Society to form a club in its own league.
