‘No Retreat. No Surrender.’ No other motto aptly describes the strong will and commitment of our club. For the past 8 years, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Silat Club has stood firmly by these simple yet significant words of our pioneers. Founded by Muhammad Rizlan on 31st January 2002, its objective was to advocate Pencak Silat as a healthy and engaging sport to NTU and NIE students. Amidst difficult circumstances, Rizlan, along with his fellow student enthusiasts, set up a humble club; which has since matured and prospered progressively over the years.
