Regular Service Project for the Visually Handicapped (RSPVH) is one of the seven Regular Service Projects under the wing of Welfare Services Club (WSC), Nanyang Technological University.
Set up in year 2002, RSPVH seeks to reach out to the visually handicapped community in Singapore. When we first started out, our focus was mainly on the visually handicapped elderly. Touch Art sessions were held and items made were sold by the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH) at its store.

Over the years however, we have progressed and our target group is now the visually handicapped youths. Volunteers provide weekly tuition and interact with these youths, at the same time, lending a listening ear when needed during the process of mentoring. RSPVH's aim is to assist these students in adapting to education in mainstream schools, and to enhance their self-esteem and self-confidence.
