RSPPC is part of the student volunteer group Welfare Services Club in Nanyang Technological University. The club encourages character building and forging of lasting friendship through community service.

RSPPC aspires to ease the integration of the physically challenged into society through our activities. We hope to learn and understand the many challenges faced by them and gain a perspective into their lives. Hence, through these engagements we work to clear misconceptions by the public as a whole and try to build bridges to facilitate their assimilation into society.
