Regular Service Project for the Hearing Impaired (RSPHI) was set up under NTU Welfare Services Club in July 1991 with the mission “To embrace volunteerism as a life-long experience, focusing on helping to realise the potential of all Deaf”. We aim to help the Deaf community through our weekly tuition programme for deaf children and teenagers at 4 different tuition centres. From 2012, we will be empowering deaf adults through volunteering as well; giving them a chance to build self-confidence, learn social skills and contribute back to the society.
