Overseas Volunteering Expedition (OVE) is a committee under the Special Projects wing of NTU’s Welfare Services Club.
OVE began its journey in 2003 when a group of NTU undergraduates came together to set up a committee to provide students with opportunities to extend their worldviews through traveling overseas to extend their volunteering efforts.

In 2004, OVE transfigured its goals to focus on extending philanthropic efforts beyond Singapore and for volunteers to explore community service together in a new environment alongside cultural exchange. To date, the outreach of OVE’s volunteering efforts has extended to countries including Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia and Laos.
