Sigi Skin was founded in 2020 by Xenia Wong, who wanted to create an effective and eco-friendly skincare brand. The brand quickly gained popularity in Singapore and has since expanded to other countries in Asia and beyond. It’s even used by celebrity makeup artists like Daniel Martin[1]!

The brand’s products target specific skin concerns, using natural and organic ingredients such as avocado, aloe vera and chamomile. The brand’s products are vegan and cruelty-free. Sigi Skin also takes care to use glass bottles and jars, all reusable and recyclable!

Do try the Kaleanser Face Wash, a gentle cleanser formulated with kale, spinach, and green tea.

2) HYSSES

Originally Mt Sapola, did you know that HYSSES offers more than essential oils and fragrance diffusers? It also offers natural skincare products inspired by Asian traditions. Free from synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals, they contain ingredients such as rosehip oil, jojoba oil, and aloe vera.

The best part? They use essential oils, giving you some stress relief and relaxation!

HYSSES has a fairly huge skincare range with products ranging from face mists to foundation.

One product to consider is the HYSSES Oil Control Sunscreen Tea Tree Hinoki SPF 40 / PA++. It’s formulated with natural ingredients such as tea tree oil and hinoki cypress oil, which help to control oil production and prevent breakouts.

It is also enriched with plant extracts such as chamomile and green tea, which help to soothe and protect the skin. The unique and refreshing scent of Hinoki, which is woody and slightly sweet, is a bonus: I encourage everyone to smell it at least once! It grows on you.

3) Skin Inc

Skin Inc is a Singapore-based skincare brand founded in 2008 by Sabrina Tan. It has gained global recognition for customizable products that cater to individual skin needs.

Skin Inc’s range of products includes serums, masks, cleansers, and moisturizers, all formulated with ingredients free from harmful chemicals. One of the brand’s signature products is the My Daily Dose serum, which can be personalized based on specific skin concerns with the help of a quick diagnostic quiz.

In addition to its products, Skin Inc also offers facial treatments that utilize the brand’s proprietary technology, including the Optimizer Voyage Tri-Light++ facial device. This device combines three different wavelengths of light therapy to target various skin concerns such as acne, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation.
