10 Psychology Degrees in Singapore to help you reach new heights

Believe it or not, Psychology is not only one of the most diverse fields potential students can venture into, but it is also one of the most promising. It was reported by the White Paper Report that fewer than 25% of Psychology graduates often continue working in one of the many fields and divisions of Psychology. Other graduates can often be found working in a variety of business and industries, such as sales and marketing, or teaching at educational institutions.

You can also take comfort in the fact that the demand for Psychologists, too, is continuously growing. The USA’s Bureau of Labor Statistics projected a 19% growth between 2014-2024 in job outlook for Psychologists, a number which is comparatively higher than many other fields of work. The world will always have a need for Psychologists; you can count on that.

At the end of the day, the course and university you choose must be tailored to your own needs and requirements. Psychology, in particular, is home to multiple fields in itself, be it clinical psychology, sports psychology and forensic psychology, among many others. While you may be limited in your Bachelor’s degree, since more general modules are usually offered, it is during your Masters or Doctorate that you specify the branch of Psychology you want to establish yourself into.
